We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location nestled by the "Emperor's forest" on the hillside was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by forests, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the helpful room service to the friendly bell staff/porter. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter break - surrounded by forests and featuring an idyllic ambiance. the hotel offered a great spa experience with nice thermal baths and a variety of wet and dry saunas. the option to take our dog along with us was a huge plus.

The interior design was outdated and not our personal style. the relax spas were limited to two small pools, Turkish bath, and sauna.

I loved the location on the hillside with a stunning view of the forest. The hotel facilities were impressive, particularly the thermal baths and saunas. The staff was friendly and experienced, and they speak English. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I felt comfortable and secure.

The hotel location was great, it was really easy to explore the city center and all the main attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and offered a nice view. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the staff was attentive and friendly. The spa area had different treatments available to choose from which provided a relaxing experience.

The elevator was out of order during my stay, which made it difficult for me to reach my room, especially after a long day of visiting the city. , the beds were a bit too hard for my taste, which made it harder for me to have a good night's sleep.

the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, with good service from staff. Breakfast had a broad variety of options that we could enjoy. We were very impressed with the spa facilities, especially the thermal baths and dry saunas. the hotel is surrounded by the splendid Emperor's forest and very close to the town's beautiful parks.

There was one aspect that was unsatisfactory. the restaurant service was just average, leaving much to be desired in comparison with other services at the hotel.
